I am so grateful for your fabulous response today. Our neighbours and good friends phoned at 8.30am and were worried and concerned about the water which was over-flowing out of their gutter and down the wall and into the house around a window frame. Your prompt response and very professional service to identify the blocked hopper and downpipe and then clear it so quickly and efficiently was superb. Our neighbours have already phoned me this evening to express their thanks for us helping them so promptly. The van arrived at 9:10am as agreed. Joe called to say "Hello" and asked for a water supply. He worked without a break (although I gave him tea and biscuits) and he did an excellent job. He took 'before' and 'after' photos to show me the roof of the conservatory. The difference was amazing. A really good, clean job. Very satisfied.
