I am so grateful for your fabulous response today. Our neighbours and good friends phoned at 8.30am and were worried and concerned about the water which was over-flowing out of their gutter and down the wall and into the house around a window frame. Your prompt response and very professional service to identify the blocked hopper and downpipe and then clear it so quickly and efficiently was superb. Our neighbours have already phoned me this evening to express their thanks for us helping them so promptly.
