I am so grateful for your fabulous response today. Our neighbours and good friends phoned at 8.30am and were worried and concerned about the water which was over-flowing out of their gutter and down the wall and into the house around a window frame. Your prompt response and very professional service to identify the blocked hopper and downpipe and then clear it so quickly and efficiently was superb. The van arrived at 9:10am as agreed. Joe called to say "Hello" and asked for a water supply. He worked without a break (although I gave him tea and biscuits) and he did an excellent job. He took 'before' and 'after' photos to show me the roof of the conservatory. The difference was amazing. A really good, clean job. Very satisfied.
