Our neighbours and good friends phoned at 8.30am and were worried and concerned about the water which was over-flowing out of their gutter and down the wall and into the house around a window frame. Your prompt response and very professional service to identify the blocked hopper and downpipe and then clear it so quickly and efficiently was superb.
